Ah, great. There's always something that needs fixing 'round here. Actually,
I just got a call-in that the base is having some issues connecting
with the communication systems. Do you think you could go look for
what's causing the problem? - Sure can (ends dialog)
- What exactly am I supposed to look for? (see below)
Like a broken cable, a broken antenna or a broken whatever. When approaching the "problem" (68511, 71341): This severed cable must be what's causing the connectivity issues.
On returning to Jimmy: So what did you find? A
severed cable, huh? Yeah, that's what I thought. My guess is that a Highland Exarosaur
slipped passed the security perimeter and took a bite. They'll do that
sometimes. Big, nasty creatures, them Exaros.
Look,
I'm gonna fix the cable, but those Exaros are probably just gonna
break it again. You got a weapon, right? Go kill some of the Exaros
closest to the Station. Three should be enough. - Sure thing (jump to "Don't attack creatures...")
- Can't we just put up a fence or something? (see below)
Hah. I can tell you've never seen Highland Exarosaurs in action. There's actually an automated turret a bit farther down the road, but it's offline or something. Now, go kill three Exaros.
Don't attack creatures when your health is too low, and don't attack several creatures at the same time.
Remember to loot them Exaros! Could be they got some valuable loot on 'em. (Right-click the carcass and then choose "Loot" The loot window shows items that have been placed in your inventory Kills by turrets do NOT count)
